80 different workouts filmed in real time. It’s like you are a part of the cast of 80 Day Obsession. Each day has specific focus; legs, booty, total body, arms, abs and cardio.

You will work every part of your body in these 45-60 minute workouts over the course of 13 weeks. This is a commitment but the results are totally worth it. Working different parts of
your body in different ways, different reps and with different equipment is what makes this
program unique.

I wasn’t sure if I would be able to commit to the whole program, but once I got started, I was
obsessed with completing the entire thing. The results I got from following the workouts and the nutritional guide were awesome!
