Introducing the newest program from Super Trainer, Autumn Calabrese and Beachbody. It’s called 9 Week Control Freak. Autumn will take you through new workouts, using new equipment and giving you amazing results.
Each workout is 18-30 minutes in length, 5 days a week. These workouts target major muscle groups with a combination of resistance training and cardio to help you build strength, increase your stamina and boost your cardiovascular system. You will have rest days built in to the program along with evening stretches with Autumn to bring in a total approach to rest and recover.
Following one of Beachbody’s amazing nutrition programs will give you all the tools you need to succeed, reach your goals and feel great.
Required equipment for this program is the brand new Control Track, that hits your muscles from multiple angles and heights to increase time under tension, a key muscle growth driver, as well as the core ball which targets and engages your core.
This program is in Real Time so your day 1 is everyone’s day 1. There are a total of 45 workouts broken into 3 phases. Each phase is 3 weeks in length. There are evening stretches that are around 5 minutes long that give you that extra muscle stretch and release and get you ready for the next workout. There are also workouts you can follow if you don’t have access to weights or a step; like when you are traveling. You can bring the core ball and the control track and still get your workout in even when you are not at home.
The results from participants in the test group have been amazing. The use of the Beachbody nutrition plans, Ultimate Portion Fix and 2B Mindset help to keep your nutrition on track and helps you get the most out of this program. Adding Shakeology and/or the Performance Line to your day will also add to your overall results.
If you are ready to get your freak on, early access is available on December 21st. This program enters the Beachbody on Demand member library May 24,2021!
