Get ready to crush your cardio (and calories!) by unleashing round-after-round of punching combinations while building total-body strength and power from intense weight training.
Barre Blend will be released to the Beachbody on Demand library in January 2020 and 10 Rounds will be released to the Beachbody on Demand library October 2020.
