I have completed the first of five phases of Morning Meltdown 100 and I have to say, it is an amazing workout program.
There are both weighted and non weighted workouts but don’t get intimidated, you don’t use heavy weights. Trust me, you will feel the burn with lower weights. These moves are done for a longer period of time so lower weights are in order.
There are cardio, upper and lower body focused, and core workouts . The fact that they are only 20-30 minutes in length is another plus. The music with a live DJ enhances each workout and makes the time go by fast.
There are modifiers you can follow if you need to and you will. You will see the cast modify throughout the workouts. Remember to listen to your body and modify when you need to.
