Review of Phase 2 and 3 of Morning Meltdown 100

I have completed phase 2 and 3 of the new Beachbody Program Morning Meltdown 100.  In these phases you will see moves you have done in phase 1, but they will be changed up a bit to add a challenge.  You can up your weights for a deeper burn and go faster in the cardio.  You will see minute challenges and 100 second challenges that will burn you out, helping to create lean, toned, strong muscles.  You will enjoy the Revibe and Freestyle Flow workouts even more as you work your muscles even more.  I felt that these phases went by much quicker than phase 1, maybe because I was used to the different workouts and knew what to expect.  I am excited to see what Phase 4 and 5 will look like and how my body is going to respond.
