We seem to be staying home and social distancing for the foreseeable future.  How is everyone doing being inside and away from family and friends? Have you created a routine?  How is it going? I am continuing my morning routine. It’s a little modified but looks something like this: Monday thru Friday, wake up around 6-6:30am, have a cup of coffee as I watch the news. Around 7am, I drink my pre workout, fill my water bottle and get into my workout clothes. 7:30am is go time on my Beachbody on Demand workout. I post on social media and eat breakfast. Go through email, do some professional development and check in with my challengers in my support and motivational group. It doesn’t take long but it helps me to keep my body moving.

 My morning routine also helps me stay on track with my nutrition. This quarantine is hard because the kitchen is only a few steps away and boredom can cause me to have the munchies. I work hard to stick with my nutritional plan. Working out daily and not following a healthy diet is like putting air in a balloon and not tying a knot in it.
