
Transform :20 is a fast, super-intense fitness program created by my favorite trainer Shaun T.
This program will transform your body—and your mind—in just 20 minutes a day over 6 weeks. This workout program is hard, but totally worth it.
Once you go through each workout the first time, you will be ready to give it your all and transform your life.
This breakthrough total-body workout is just you, Shaun T, and a Step. After 5 minutes, you’ll be out of breath, at 10 minutes you’ll be sweating, in 15 minutes you’ll be looking at the clock, and by minute 20 you’ll be done.
You’ll blast your core, legs, glutes, and upper body— no weights required. There’s a different workout every day, 6 days a week, done in real time with the cast.
No do-overs and no repeats. Transform :20 is divided into three 2-week chapters:
COMMIT, CLIMB, CONQUER. In each chapter, the moves evolve and get harder. Within each workout there are 3 daily transformer challenges. These 1 minute moves will test your endurance and resolve. Keep track of the number of times you do this move in a minute and watch your numbers rise throughout the program.
There are bonus workouts as well. These workouts can be done anytime in addition to your regular workouts. There are 3 ab routines, 1 recovery routine, 1 glute routine and 1 cardio routine. There are also 6 weighted workouts that can be done in place of the Stronger and Cut workouts.

I have completed 2 rounds of this program and I love it. It is a fast paced workout that got me sweating, really worked my total body and in only 20 minutes, I got an amazing workout.
